남자 건강은 여자하기 나름인 두 가지 이유
하늘이 열리매, 남자와 여자가 만들어졌고... 이런 이야기를 하려는 건 추호도 아니다. 그저 여자를 무쟈게 좋아하는 남자 중 한 사람으로서 우리가 사랑하며 사는 게 건강에도 좋다는 흥미로운 연구 결과들이 보여, 깜신글을 챙겨보시는 독자 분들께 소개하려 한다. 단, 오늘 글은 성인 분들을 위한 포스팅이다.^^

미국 심장학회지에 최근 소개된 논문을 보니, 일주일에 두 번 이상 부부관계를 가지는 경우가 한 달에 한번 미만으로 관계를 가지는 경우보다, 남편이 심혈관 질환에 걸릴 위험이 45%가 적단다.
이뿐이 아니다. 2010 미국 뇌졸중 학회에서 개최한 국제 뇌졸중 컨퍼런스에서 이스라엘의 Uri Goldbourt라는 예방의학 교수님의 발표에 따르면, 미혼남이거나 부부생활이 불행한 경우가 행복한 부부생활을 하는 경우보다 남편이 뇌졸중으로 죽을 확률이 64%나 높단다. (이 논문은 아직 정식으로 출판되지 못한 까닭에 신뢰도가 낮기는 하다..)
우선, 남편님들 와이프님들에게 감사할 일이다.
적어도 미혼남으로 남겨두진 않았으니...
어차피 같이 살 거라면, 부부관계는 일주일에 두 번 이상으로.. __;;
남편이 일찍 죽기를 바란다면, 각 방부터 쓰는 게 나름 비책일 듯..
소홀해진 부부관계가 아쉽다면.. 오늘은 여기까지입니다.
