의사이자 커피 마니아인 저로서도 살까지도 빼준다면, 귀가 솔깃한데요. 일반 분들은 오죽하시겠어요. 더군다나 S라인, V라인에 목숨 거는 세상 아닙니까. 소비자들의 이런 심리를 쫓아, 건강보조제 마켓엔 체중감량보조제들이 넘쳐납니다. 그런 제품들을 볼 때 가장 먼저 드는 생각은 무엇보다도 ‘정말 효과가 있을까?’ 일겁니다. 그런데 가까운 누군가가 먹어보고 효과를 봤다고 하면, 그땐 사지 않곤 배길 수가 없죠.
효과까지 있다고 밑 소문이 돌았던 ‘살 빼는 커피’
효과가 있는 이유가 있었네요. 식약청 발표를 보니까, 이 제품들에는 실제로 비만치료 목적으로 쓰이는 식욕억제제, 시부트라민이 들어 있었습니다.

헉 예전에 정말 커피 다이어트 유행이었는데.... 약국에서도 쉽게 구입할 수 있고 그랬었는데...
마시면 안되는거군요. ㅠㅠ 역시 다이어트는 운동만이 살 길인거 같네요.

왠만한 음료는 다 끊고 블랙만 먹으면 살이 빠진다는... 원두커피에 맛을 들여보면 됩니다.
처음엔 연하게 시작하는것이 좋죠. 결국에는 식이요법이죠 뭐. 나중에는 일반 캔이나
PET병등의 음료는 너무 달아서 못먹겠더군요.
